Located in Killarney, Co. Kerry, we are seeking a highly skilled Wellness Director to oversee and manage all wellness activities and treatments within the hotel facilities.
The main responsibilities for this role will be to ensure that guests and customers receive exceptional customer service, treatments, and care which enhances their experience.
1. A minimum of 3-5 years as a Spa Manager/Director is essential for this role
2. Spa Management or Wellness Management qualification considered an advantage
3. Customer orientated with a holistic approach to providing exceptional service
