As a valued member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head and Sous Chefs during service, ensuring seamless kitchen operations and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Cooking food to order with precision and attention to detail
* Working effectively on different sections of the kitchen, including prep, cooking, and plating
* Assisting with mise en place, kitchen health & hygiene, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
* Providing excellent communication and teamwork skills, collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient service
* Supporting the development of new menu items, specials, and culinary initiatives
Requirements:
* 2 years' experience as a chef in a similar establishment
* Passion for food, creativity, and innovation in the kitchen
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well under pressure
* Willingness to learn and develop own skills, with a focus on growth and professional development
