Job Title: Anaesthetic Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
* Participate as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team.
* Facilitate and deliver quality patient care through efficient time and resource management, demonstrating leadership and clinical expertise.
* Advance current nursing practice in accordance with NMBI guidelines.
* Engage in ongoing professional development in line with current and future service demands.
* Communicate effectively with the Clinical Coordinator and provide support as required.
Clinical Responsibilities:
* Adhere to The Professional Scope of Practice Framework (NMBI 2000).
* Conduct individual patient assessments and develop care plans.
* Ensure patients receive optimal care following all nursing and hospital policies.
* Delegate appropriately based on the skill level and knowledge of staff.
Person Specification:
* NMBI Registered General Nurse licence.
* BLS & ACLS certification.
Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting, preferably in Anaesthetics.
* A management course is desirable.
