Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day site operations and ensure all activities are carried out according to project plans and schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on site.
* Manage and supervise site staff, including subcontractors and labourers, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
* Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, reports, and progress updates.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
* A relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
