The Role:
* Manage sales, acquisitions, and leasing of commercial property
* Advise on residential transactions including new builds and investment purchases
* Assist developers on site acquisitions and disposals
* Support corporate clients on property elements of wider transactions
* Liaise with clients, agents, and counsel throughout the deal lifecycle
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) with experience in property law (residential and/or commercial)
* Strong technical and organisational skills
* Ability to manage client relationships independently
* Approachable, team-oriented, and keen to contribute to a positive working culture
* Previous experience in a commercial law firm or busy property practice
