Salary: €29,000 - €34,000 (depending on experience/qualifications) plus additional benefits

The Role
The Role: what does the job involve?
* Providing friendly, professional service to customers at branch level.
* Performing teller duties, including processing daily transactions and account reconciliations.
* Building strong, long-lasting relationships with members, offering support and guidance as needed.
* Managing loan applications, updating documentation, and handling related transactions.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Resolving customer queries with creativity and efficiency.
* Assisting with the onboarding of new members and ensuring a positive first experience.
The Candidate

We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in financial services and is working towards APA (Accredited Product Advisor) qualifications.
* Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Enjoys problem-solving and is proactive in finding better ways of doing things.
* Possesses strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Is open to continuing education and gaining relevant qualifications.
