Overview
We are recruiting a Receptionist for a medium legal firm in Dublin 8.
You will work on the front desk with a team of two others.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in the legal sector.
The company specialises in criminal law, but also has an immigration department, personal injury, family law etc.
Responsibilities
Answering calls, liaising with clients on the phone
Checking message machine
Taking incoming mail
Booking taxis and couriers
Managing diaries and appointments
Taking cash payments
Recording petty cash
Managing files through the 'up in court system' - training will be given
Ordering office supplies
Liaising with Solicitors, pulling files for court cases
Requirements
Good customer service skills
Must be confident and stay calm under pressure
Good admin skills
Team player/good organisational skills
Salary : €33k
