Hayes Cabin Services is looking for an office manager to work alongside management at their head office at Owenahincha.
Daily duties are listed below.
The ideal candidate would be outgoing and have a desire to learn and improve on existing systems/procedures.
Training will be provided on condition that the candidate has the right mindset and willingness to learn
Compile detailed quotations for clients
Produce RAMS and Lift Plans for each site delivery/collection as appropriate.
(this is a very straighforward process and training will be provided)
Procure materials and fittings from the relevant suppliers ensuring that value for money is being achieved.
Complete and maintain a delivery tracker to aid the planning of deliveries and the invoicing for completed deliveries.
Liaise with the Accounts Department to ensure that invoices are issued against the necessary PO for all purchases and rental agreements in a timely manner following delivery of each item.
Maintain accurate logs of vehicles and plant to adhere to RSA protocol.
General Reception duties including answering phones, meet and greet of clients amongst other administrative duties as required.
Salary is entirely dependent on the level of qualifications offered by the candidate
