with the below conditions:
Working hours:
37.5 /wk, Monday - Friday
Hybrid:
1 day Dublin City Centre office
Contract duration:
4-6 weeks (chance of extension)
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
* Review cases with excellent attention to detail
* Create a summary of cases reviewed in written Italian
* Ensure file organization based on office protocol
* Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
* Corporate administration experience
* Fluent written and spoken Italian
* Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multitask
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
