Key Responsibilities
* Support workforce planning, succession, and skills mapping; advise on recruitment and role design.
* Lead the rollout and adoption of digital HR tools; streamline processes.
* Coach managers on performance, engagement, and development.
* Drive surveys, action plans, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Manage onboarding, ER cases, and ensure compliance.
* Analyse HR metrics and deliver dashboards to inform decisions.
* Lead HR initiatives that enhance systems, policies, and team culture.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner in Ireland.
* Degree Qualified - Level 7 HRM
* Strong ER case management and strategic planning experience.
* Skilled in HRIS tools, data analysis, and workforce development.
