Job Title: Technical Operations Manager
The role of the Technical Operations Manager is to provide comprehensive technical support and service delivery for all apprenticeship staff in our Waterford Campus, encompassing classrooms, workshops, events, and university activities.
* This involves supervising, coordinating, directing, and administering all technical staff and services within the Department of Apprenticeships & Skills.
* You will report directly to the Head of Department and potentially other departments within the Faculty of Engineering & Built Environment.
* A key aspect of this role is providing technical and service support for classrooms, workshops, events, and university activities, ensuring seamless operations.
* Liaison with Faculties and Departments in SETU Waterford and other services such as Health and Safety, Finance, and Estates will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities.
