Sales Manager - To generate new business and maintain strong client relationships in the fit-out and joinery sector. Drive revenue growth, expand the client base, and support the companys goal of increasing turnover. Key Duties: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and bespoke joinery projects. Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and interior designers. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations in conjunction with the Estimating Team. Maintain an active pipeline of projects using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts. Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered. Maintain a good working relationship with existing clients by regular communication and customer support add value beyond the sale. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to raise brand awareness. Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 35 years proven sales experience in fit-out, joinery, interiors, or construction-related industries. Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Established network of industry contacts (advantageous). Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong business development and client relationship management abilities. Knowledge of joinery and fit-out products, materials, and processes. Proficient in MS Office. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
