This role involves designing and documenting electrical systems for industrial equipment used in the biopharmaceutical industry. The main work includes creating electrical schematics, control panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials using tools like AutoCAD.
You will design PLC and distributed control systems, motor controls, instrumentation wiring, and panel layouts based on P&IDs and customer specifications. The role also includes coordinating with engineers and project teams, supporting manufacturing and field work, and ensuring designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should have experience in electrical design for industrial control systems, familiarity with PLCs, instrumentation, and panel design, and be comfortable using CAD and ERP systems. Strong attention to detail, ability to read technical drawings, and teamwork skills are important. Preferred qualifications include a technical diploma and the relevant experience required depending on the level of the role. Junior, intermediate and senior level roles are available.
