Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team and play a central role in creating outstanding customer experiences by providing high-quality food and beverage services across all stages of delivery, from preparation and presentation to service, ensuring clients feel valued and Sodexo's standards are consistently exceeded.
What you'll do
Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to a high standard across café and hospitality areas.
Deliver friendly, efficient counter service and operate the till during busy periods.
Keep counters, tables, and service areas clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
Support back-of-house tasks (dishwash, equipment and area cleaning to schedule/rota).
Check deliveries and record temperatures; restock pantries (e.g., milk distribution) as required.
Handling deliveries manually during unloading operations.
Follow health, safety, food hygiene procedures.
Support with ad-hoc duties and lend a hand across the team to keep service running smoothly.
What you'll bring
Great people skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
Ability to follow health & safety and food hygiene practices, with high personal presentation.
Barista experience is desirable but not essential—we'll provide training for the right person.
Helpful extras (desirable, not required): Food Hygiene training, COSHH awareness, First Aid.
