We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Manager to lead a high‑performing food operation. This role is responsible for overall operational excellence, financial performance, team leadership, and customer experience delivery based in the North Wicklow area.
Job Responsibilities
* Oversee daily food service operations to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.* Manage full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control with the assistance of a dedicated accounts lead.* Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to deliver high service standards.* Drive client/customer satisfaction through menu engineering enhancing.* Ensure top‑tier food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance.* Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
