Dublin and reporting to the Head of Property we are currently seeking an experienced Junior Project Manager to join our growing team for an 11-month fixed term contract, taking over the role for Maternity cover. The role will commence with full handover of ongoing projects.We offer an inclusive, positive, fun place to work where colleagues become friends and great people and teams are recognised and celebrated.YOUR JOB Your Tasks Will IncludeThe role is multi-faceted, below are some of the areas that you will have responsibility for:Project ManagementIdeal candidate will be familiar with building regulations in relation to commercial building fit-outs projects.End to end project support of small to medium sized projects from feasibility to planning, execution and delivery of projects, delivered within scope, budget and scheduled constraints.Project types will be a combination of business improvements and compliance.Managing the flow of the project information between the team and associated department through regular meetings and written communication.Liaising with brands and contractors to deliver bespoke projects within retail stores.Monitoring and control of projects including tracking, progress reporting and identifying potential risks and opportunities.YOUR PROFILE -your Knowledge, Skills And Experience Include2 years Project Management experience ideal within construction or fit-out sector.Relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or a related field.Advanced communication, reporting writing and computer skills.Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile.Team player You have the ability to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and colleagues at all levels throughout the business.
