We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the catering operation for an exciting new client in Dublin 2. This is a high-profile role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic oversight with hands-on team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day catering operations in a prestigious Dublin office.
* Manage and inspire a team of approximately 25 staff.
* Deliver exceptional food and service standards in line with client expectations.
* Act as a key point of contact for the client’s EMEA Operations team.
* Support the broader mobilisation and operational strategy across the EMEA contract.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leadership in contract catering or hospitality management.
* Operational excellence with a flair for innovation and service quality.
* Experience in mobilising new sites or leading within global contracts is a plus.
