Store Manager | Dublin 4
At Staffline Recruitment we are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join a well-established, global organisation within the decorating retail sector. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent work/life balance, strong benefits, and long-term career progression.
This role would suit a customer-focused leader who enjoys running a store, developing people, and delivering great service. Previous management experience is desirable, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring both customers and colleagues have a positive experience.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing daily store operations
2. Leading, supporting and motivating the store team
3. Serving customers at the trade counter and in store
4. Ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness and stock availability
5. Receiving deliveries and following stock management procedures
6. Completing training to confidently advise customers on the correct products
Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:
7. Previous retail management or supervisory experience
8. Knowledge of painting and decorating products is highly desirable
9. Experience in a customer-facing role
10. Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
11. Comfortable using IT systems
12. Flexible approach to working hours and duties
13. Full driving licence desirable
