Senior Culture Leader
A Senior Culture Leader is required to drive operational and strategic support for an organisation's People & Culture department. This pivotal role will play a key part in driving employee engagement, capability, and culture across the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Champion and embed the organization's People & Culture vision, supporting the business through its growth agenda
2. Maintain high levels of employee satisfaction by leading initiatives that enhance job clarity, teamwork, customer focus and team building activities
3. Cultivate people capabilities across all departments through coaching programs designed for career development
4. Liaise with senior leaders to develop strategies aligned with company goals while ensuring adherence to laws governing employment within Ireland including legislative compliance aspects related Irish labour regulations&
