The Supplier Engineer role is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing technical leadership and resolving non-conformances in the supply chain.
* Liaising with suppliers/vendors on materials and consumables
* Supplier selection and auditing
This position will work closely with representatives from Purchasing, Supplier Quality, and Business Units to achieve quality, cost, and service objectives. Key responsibilities include demonstrating technical skills in Commodity Management, liaising with suppliers/vendors, and supporting objectives related to Quality, Cost, and Service.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can contribute to the continuous improvement of quality systems, service capability, and total cost of ownership throughout the supply chain. This individual will be responsible for:
* SUPPORTING THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF QUALITY & QUALITY SYSTEMS, SERVICE CAPABILITY AND TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP THROUGHOUT THE SUPPLY CHAIN.
