We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Cork counter! Reporting to the Business Manager, you will support aspects of counter management. As a Trinny London Artist, you are the true heart of where all the magic happens on our counters. You are responsible for embodying our mission of giving customers the tools to be their best every day using our stackable, portable, curated makeup range and award‑winning skincare. You combine expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You believe in making the product accessible to everyone and adapt your style to suit each customer’s needs.RequirementsExperience in a retail makeup artist position, ideally within the luxury sectorPassionate about makeup and skincareExperience with customer relationship management and data capture targetsAdaptable and confident in an ever‑changing, fast‑paced, high‑pressure environmentPositive, can‑do attitudeStrong communication and mathematical skillsMotivated by working towards and exceeding targets and KPIsOrganised, punctual and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekendsPersonable with a customer‑centric mindsetWe always love to hear from interested candidates.
