This is a field-based role focused on developing and growing an established customer base across retail and merchant channels, driving increased product presence, visibility, and account performance across Southern Ireland.
The Role of Area Sales Manager
This is a high-impact, relationship-led field sales role focused on driving incremental growth across an established portfolio of customers.
* Managing and developing relationships with independent retailers, showrooms and national merchant branches
* Driving sustainable growth across existing accounts within Southern Ireland
* Increasing in-store presence, product visibility and merchandising standards
* Expanding category penetration and improving overall account spend
* Building strong, long-term relationships with showroom owners and key decision makers
* Working closely with branch managers within merchant groups to maximise local performance
* Identifying and converting additional opportunities within existing accounts
* Delivering against regional sales targets and commercial KPIs
* Route to Market - This role operates across a well-established network of:
* Independent bathroom, kitchen and interiors showrooms
* Specialist retail and design-led stores
* National and regional merchant branches
Success is driven by strong account management, commercial influence, and the ability to grow share of wallet within existing customers.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager Role
This role will suit a commercially astute field sales professional with experience in the light side interior products, KBB, bathrooms, kitchens or wider interiors sector.
* Proven background in field sales within interiors, bathrooms or kitchens
* Strong track record of developing and growing existing accounts
* Experience working with merchants, wholesalers or retail showroom environments
* Confident engaging with showroom owners, branch managers and key decision makers
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence buying behaviour
* Self-motivated, structured and target-driven approach
* Professional and credible representation of a premium brand
