About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position for an experienced Administrator to manage the reception area and office administration with a strong emphasis on sales, tenders, quotations, and handling daily correspondence.
This role requires alternating tasks such as:
* Answering phone calls, taking messages and redirecting calls.
* Handling incoming email and phone queries.
* Ordering equipment, tracking orders and organizing collections/deliveries.
* Raising quotations, purchase orders, and sales invoices.
* Providing administrative support such as filing, ordering stationery, canteen suppliers, printing supplies, etc.
* Assisting colleagues and performing other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
* Experience in an administrative environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience in accounting software and/or SAP Business One is advantageous but not essential
* Experience in sales is an advantage
