Our Operation & Maintenance department is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our renewable energy assets. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the growth and success of Voltalia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical studies and experience in O&M activities. Knowledge of medium voltage and power electronics, as well as photovoltaic solar energy, is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in English is required, as we operate globally and communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drawing Interpretation and Wiring Diagrams: Interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of equipment.
* Emergency Support: Provide emergency support to our PV plants, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Commissioning and Start-up Activities: Participate in integrated commissioning and start-up activities for new PV plants.
* KPI Compliance: Ensure compliance with contractually defined KPIs and interface with customers accordingly.
* Troubleshooting and Diagnostic: Analyze and resolve technical issues that occur in photovoltaic installations.
* Maintenance Reporting: Prepare and submit maintenance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma - Electrical Studies: A high school diploma or equivalent in electrical studies is required.
* 3 Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar functions is preferred.
* Maintenance Management Processes: Knowledge of maintenance management processes and systems is essential.
* Medium Voltage and Power Electronics: Familiarity with medium voltage and power electronics is highly desirable.
* Photovoltaic Solar Energy: Knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy is essential.
* Travel Requirements: Availability to travel abroad for limited periods and on short notice is required.
