Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Movement and Injury Specialist to join our growing clinic.
* This is a part-time position with the view of growing into full-time for the right candidate.
* We treat all acute and chronic injuries, working with athletes and active people only.
* We don't rush through appointments, taking time to assess, get to know, and make a strategic plan with each client.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Must have excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
* An interest in or knowledge of rehab and exercise principles is required - full training will be provided.
* Compulsory completion of our 12-week onboarding program is required.
* Continuous learning and development is expected within our Clinic.
* Dry needling is preferred but not essential.
* Must be a team player, capable of working independently and confidently holding clients accountable.
* Honesty, integrity, and a willingness to learn and develop are must-haves.
* Excellent hands-on skills are required.
* Coaching skills/group classes are beneficial but not essential.
* An interest in coaching or developing this area would be beneficial.
* Excellent record-keeping is required.
