What will you be doing?
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
* Ensuring that all staff members understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom.
* Maintaining all staff files and facilitating the hiring of new staff.
* Handling administrative duties within the center office.
* Substituting as Center Director in the event of their absence.
* Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.

Requirements
* Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field required
* 1+ years of child care or teaching experience required
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build relationships with children and families
* Ability to multitask and remain organized
* Ability to work within regular operating hours
* Must meet state criteria for child care employment
