Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Generalist. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering HR policies and procedures across various areas including recruitment, talent development, diversity and inclusion, benefits, and general HR activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and HR, with excellent knowledge of training, HR plant processes, systems, and personnel. They will also possess excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite and Workday, and experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2-4 years in training and HR role in a manufacturing unionized environment.
* HR qualification/CIPD qualified.
* Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Suite, Workday.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with achieving KPIs and targets in EHS, Quality, Service, Cost, People Development, and Continuous Improvement.
2. Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures and continuously seek improvements to internal HR procedures that align with legislation.
3. Ensure training records and matrices are kept up-to-date to audit standards - FDA, ISO, TUV IMB, ENHESA, NSAI, IDA, etc.
5. Conduct all disciplinaries/grievances fairly and consistently.
6. Support Supervisors and Managers proactively and efficiently with employee relations.
7. Report and escalate any health and safety issues and promote a safe company culture, identifying areas for improvement.
8. Ensure completion of payroll and management information reporting on time.
9. Support Talent Acquisition team with open roles and lead recruitment process from end-to-end.
