Clinical Nurse Manager 2 / Person in Charge Dublin Residential Services Permanent Full Time Position
Saint John of God Community Services supports individuals with intellectual disabilities to be active participants within the community that they live.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide support to individuals with an intellectual disability within our Residential and Community Residential Services.
* To lead a team of nurses in delivering high-quality care services.
* Developing, implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
* Maintaining accurate records of patients' treatment plans and progress. Ensuring timely reporting on safety incidents including near misses or actual events
