About The Role
Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut across the globe. Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed.
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to coordinate our rapidly expanding training programmes. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating learning and development for employees within Sales at Revolut.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Defining and prioritising Sales Enablement requirements across our global sales teams
* Independently managing sales enablement tools and enablement materials that support the sales force in their revenue-generating efforts
* Supporting ongoing training needs by preparing and enabling sales teams to understand and sell Revolut solutions
* Regularly meeting with front-line managers and reps to understand the "field reality" and build enablement deliverables to meet their needs
* Running assessments and reviewing data to ensure proficiency based on competency needs related to various sales roles
* Creating and maintaining sales playbooks based on seller feedback and market/product demands
* Evaluating, deploying, and maintaining sales enablement software to ensure it's providing the capabilities account executives need
* Owning and developing the sales enablement strategy and roadmap based on the competitive landscape, customer needs, and our features
* Developing trusted relationships with Sales team leadership
What You'll Need
* 4+ years experience in sales or sales enablement/training
* Experience rolling out sales enablement programmes at scale
* Salesforce experience
* Experience with learning management software
Nice to have
* Design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
* Formal sales coaching or sales enablement qualifications (e.g., Train the Trainer)
* A bachelor's or master’s degree
