Healthcare Support Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team in County Cork.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, holistic care to residents, maintaining their dignity at all times.
Main Responsibilities Include:
* Maintaining resident hygiene and personal care needs to the highest standards;
* Assisting with eating and drinking according to individual nutrition needs;
* Aiding mobilization using correct aids when necessary;
* Escorting residents as directed by nursing staff for activities or transfers.
h3 Requriements:
To be considered for this role you must have:
p - Minimum of 6 months' experience in healthcare or a similar environment;
p - Practical skills in caring capacities desired;
p - Ability to work independently or part of a team.
pcjasapiicity is also highly valued. The ideal candidate should be professional,
caring, and empathetic with strong communication skills. Availabilityto work varied shift patterns across Monday-Sunday is required. -----------------------------------
