We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a Pharmaceutical organization based in Ballydine. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.
Duties
1. Assist in the development, implementation, and day to day operation of the site Maintenance system.
2. Continue to develop the PPM (Planned and Predictive Maintenance) system including writing job plans and assigning maintenance frequencies.
3. Operation and execution of the PPM Change Control System.
4. Support the implementation maintenance best practice methodologies/technologies including LSS processes e.g. creation of standard work for routine maintenance activities.
5. Liaise with Reliability Engineers on criticality assessments in developing new maintenance strategies/plans for new assets.
6. Registration of new equipment on the CMMS and development of BOMs for same.
Education & Experience
7. Trade qualification or 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline or experience working and developing maintenance systems/CMMS.
8. Experience working in a maintenance systems environment, preferably in manufacturing GMP with a strong compliance mindset.
9. Knowledge and experience of CMMS systems.
