Client Experience Executive
to join a luxury travel brand, where you'll be the trusted guardian of each client's experience from the moment they book until long after they return home.
Location: Dublin South
Salary: €40,000-€45,000

What you'll do:
* Own the client relationship from booking through post-travel follow-up.
* Anticipate client needs, deliver personalised recommendations, and elevate every detail of their itinerary.
* Provide seamless, proactive support during travel — ensuring smooth experiences even when plans change.
* Build lasting relationships through warm, polished communication and high-touch service.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and premium suppliers to deliver excellence at every stage.
What we're looking for:
* 3+ years' experience in luxury travel, hospitality, events, or a premium service role.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills — warm, polished, and discreet.
* A meticulous eye for detail with the ability to multitask under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM/tour management systems a plus).
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for client satisfaction.
