Work closely with accounts and team leads within the European and Asian offices. Support the KYC team with documentation checks and compliance-related tasks when necessary. Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices. Supporting the day-to-day commercial and operational requirements. Perform cost-control functions such as monitoring Cash-to-Master (CTM) disbursements and completing reconciliations. Support vessel cost control activities, including variance analysis, forecasting, and periodic reporting. General administrative and finance-related support to the wider accounts team. What You'll Need: 1-2 years' experience in a financial administration role within an international or multinational organisation. Previous experience in a logistics environment is advantageous. High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to learn and take ownership of varied administrative processes
