About the Role The Senior Agile coach will work as part ofAgile PMO team and will be responsible for defining, training and implementingagile practices across more than 20 scrums teams located globally in India,Europe and the US. This is a hands-on role where the agile coach is a rolemodel in agile practices, delivery execution, works closely with the scrumteams to improve their working practices and translate their metrics intoquality outcomes. ​​Key Responsibilities​Agile Leadership · Act as a change agent, helpingthe organization to understand and implement Agile values and principles.· Provide leadership by coachingand mentoring teams in Agile values, principles, practices, and frameworks suchas Scrum and SAFe.​Team Enablement· Assist teams in identifying andremoving impediments to their progress.· Set up newly create scrum teamsfor success by facilitating team kickoffs and team practices. ​Coaching· Coaching and training of teamson all aspects of agile ceremonies and artefacts, including story pointing, sprintplanning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.· Coach teams to work closelywith Product Owners and team members to ensure backlogs are healthy and are wellrefined and prioritized.· Identify training opportunitiesand provide training and workshops to teams and individuals on Agilemethodologies.· Coach and train teams on theimplementation User Stories and requirements management.​Innovation· Promote a culture of continuousimprovement, collaboration, and innovation among teams.· Develop and implementstrategies for enhancing team performance and productivity across the business.· Collaborate with other agile practitionersand stakeholders to align Agile practices across the organization.​Metrics · Own and manage the developmentand tracking of metrics to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices. · Be able to interrupt themetrics across the organization and identify opportunities for improvement andtraining. · Experiences and Skills​Essential · Bachelor's degree in computerscience, Information Technology, Business, or related field.· Certified Scrum Master (CSM),Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or similar Agile certification.· Proven experience leading highperforming agile scrum teams. · 5-8 years of experience in asoftware development environment, with a proven track record of successfullyimplementing Agile methodologies.· Demonstrated ability to coachteams and individuals at all levels, including senior leadership.· Strong understanding ofsoftware development life cycles and Agile frameworks · Strong verbal, written,presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.· Excellent facilitation skillswith small, medium and large groups. · Strong attention to detail andfocus on task completion. · Strong problem-solving skillsorganized and quality focused. · Proficient in Agile tools(e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).· Must be able to travelinternationally several times a year.​Preferred· Familiar with BI Tools. · Ability to thrive in afast-paced and changing environment.· Experience with scaling Agileframeworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).· Knowledge of DevOps practicesand principles.· Experience in a similarindustry or domain is a plus.​About MCO (MyComplianceOffice)MCO is a global leader dedicated toempowering Financial Services firms to manage compliance programs with ease andefficiency.
