Callan Autos is looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organised Receptionist & Administrator to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing position while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of a busy automotive business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and handle front desk duties in a courteous and efficient manner
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
* Schedule appointments and maintain service bookings
* Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general office administration
* Support the workshop team with documentation and communication
* Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
* Excellent computer skills
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Handle payments, issue receipts and manage cash/card transactions
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
