Provide a welcoming attitude and outstanding service to patrons.
Ensure timely reporting in the correct uniform.
Understand fine dining service standards and menu offerings.
Clearly explain dishes to guests and efficiently manage food/beverage service.
Prepare the restaurant for service by maintaining cleanliness and mise en place.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
Assist in tray and room service as needed, delivering dishes promptly.
