Our client, a global leader in technology and digital experiences, is looking for a
Language Manager, Quality Programs (LM, QP)
to drive excellence in localization quality across all languages and markets.
This role sits at the heart of internationalization, ensuring that content speaks authentically to users around the world. You'll design scalable, data-driven quality programs, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure every localized experience feels natural, accurate, and human.

What You'll Do
Drive localization quality at scale
* Develop and execute scalable quality programs that align with global localization priorities.
* Design and refine frameworks for quality assurance—covering source content optimization, terminology management, and vendor education.
* Leverage data to monitor quality performance across locales, identify trends, and implement improvements.
Champion vendor engagement and partnership
* Collaborate closely with external localization vendors to ensure they have the clarity, tools, and context needed to deliver quality at scale.
* Proactively identify and remove blockers that impact vendor performance.
* Gather vendor feedback to inform future process improvements and tool development.
Ensure quality in all locales
* Oversee linguistic quality for markets without dedicated Language Managers.
* Monitor quality scores, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring
* 3+ years
of experience in localization, quality management, or related fields
* Strong background in
localization workflows
,
quality frameworks
, and
vendor management
* Familiarity with
CAT
and
TMS tools
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with
culturally diverse audiences
* Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a
fast-paced, evolving environment
* A
proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
and an ability to drive alignment across teams
Bonus Points For
* Fluency in
one or more languages
beyond English
* Hands-on experience integrating
AI into localization workflows
* Exposure to
budgeting, forecasting, or finance management
