This role will suit a qualified accountant who has trained in Ireland and is now looking to take the next step in their audit career within a progressive and growing firm.
* Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with Irish experience
* 1–3 years post-qualification experience ideally in a mid-tier or Big 4/Top 10 firm
* Experience across audit engagements with SME, corporate or Not-for-Profit clients
* Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and auditing standards
* Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
* Ambitious and motivated to progress in a dynamic environment
Role and Reporting Lines
This position reports to the Audit Managers and Partners and will include the following responsibilities:
* Audit Engagements – Lead or assist on audits from planning through to completion
* Client Management – Build strong relationships with key clients across multiple sectors
* Team Leadership – Guide and mentor junior team members in the audit process
* Technical Expertise – Stay up to date on audit and accounting technical developments
* Risk & Compliance – Ensure audit work meets all professional and regulatory standards
* Reporting – Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate key findings to stakeholders
* Collaboration – Work closely with tax and advisory teams to deliver holistic client solutions
* Efficiency – Identify areas for process improvement within audit methodology
