Requirements of the Restaurant Manager
Previous experience managing in a busy restaurant environment
Valid work permit
Passionate about top-class food and drink service
Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
Time management and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Willing to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities of theRestaurantManager
Ensuring the highest level of food quality, presentation, consistency, and customer service is delivered to guests
Help plan external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities
Assist in planning and implementing of events and functions
Training and mentoring of staff, continuing a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling
Ensuring the highest hygiene standards and compliance of HACCP are maintained and documentation recorded
Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
