Job Opportunity: Production Management Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Manager to oversee our molding operations, establish performance standards, measure results, analyze workflows, and troubleshoot problems.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding Medical Device manufacturing facilities and general manufacturing operations in similar high-volume production roles.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring customer requirements are met.
* Review and approve lab management, understand all products and quality specifications of active products.
* Establish and monitor plant performance by creating goals and reviewing tracking metrics.
* Develop and communicate plans to reduce scrap, ensure duties are defined, communicated, and met by direct reports.
* Review and approve all performance evaluations, verify compliance with all PM Management activities through our Maximos system.
* Ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees by upholding policies and procedures.
* Implement and uphold The Quality System ISO13485, ensuring GMP compliance, product quality, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards ISO14001.

Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding Medical Device manufacturing facilities and general manufacturing operations in similar high-volume production roles. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to analyze performance data and present actionable insights. The ability to collaborate with all levels of the business.
Achieving Success: A results-driven approach with a knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and techniques. BSc in Engineering or equivalent in a related technical discipline. A third-level qualification is desirable but your experience and passion matter most. Working knowledge of IQMS would be an advantage.
