OverviewAs an Implementation Associate at Solera, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients within the claims vertical. You will work closely with our clients to ensure a seamless transition to Solera’s solutions, while fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional service.What You’ll DoClient Migration Support: Assist clients in migrating from their legacy platforms to Solera’s claims solutions, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to their operations.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements, develop Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure a consistent and successful implementation of Solera’s software solutions.Documentation Development: Create and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation, including user guides and project plans, to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the process.Subject Matter Expertise: Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our product suite to advise clients on best workflows and configurations, maximizing value and efficiency.Technical Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.Project Management: Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule and within scope.Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after implementation, addressing any inquiries or technical issues that arise to maintain high customer satisfaction.Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from clients to improve the implementation process and enhance overall customer experience.Performance Analysis: Analyze implementation metrics and performance data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and enhance the efficiency of the implementation process.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to align implementation efforts with business objectives and customer needs.Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.What You’ll BringIndustry Knowledge: A strong understanding of automotive standards and processes, particularly within the claims and bodyshop segments.Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in delivering SaaS UI and API implementations at scale, particularly in the context of estimating platforms or software solutions.Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a customer-centric approach to all interactions.Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel to various client locations as required (up to 20% travel).Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and PowerBI.Preferred Experience: Knowledge of the automotive industry and experience in collision repair or related fields is preferred.If you are a proactive individual who is passionate about helping clients succeed and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team at Solera.
