Job Description:
This role involves the final verification and activation of complex Audio-Visual systems during and post construction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and architectural plans
* Test point-to-point functionality of systems
* Review project Scope of Work (SOW) to ensure quality and completeness of installation
* Test integrated systems and perform troubleshooting for AMX/Crestron and DSP systems
* Field installation of control programs (AMX/Crestron) – upload and download capability
* Make minor programming changes under the direction of an engineer or programmer
* Refine audio video systems to ensure optimal performance
* Configure IP addressable devices to establish communication on a network
* Provide client training and final job documentation as needed
* Act as a customer liaison in absence of Project Manager
* Create, track, and complete a project Punchlist
* Ability to travel to various job sites required
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of electronic circuit diagrams and architectural plans
* Familiarity with AMX/Crestron and DSP systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
