Occupational Therapist - Children's Needs
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in supporting children with sensory and physical disabilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in assessment, planning, and intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess the needs of children with sensory and physical disabilities and develop tailored occupational therapy programmes.
* Deliver outcome-focused care guided by the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and goal setting.
* Maintain professional standards in assessment, documentation, reporting, and service delivery.
* Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in practice and the workplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* BSc in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent recognised qualification).
* CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
* Membership (or eligibility) of the Irish Association of Occupational Therapists (IAOT).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Full driving licence and access to a car.
