- Permanent In this role as mortgage advisor and a key member of the wider finance team (approx 10) You will be responsible for providing professional mortgage advice to clients Other duties: Conduct fact-finds to assess clients financial circumstances, needs, and objectives.Recommend appropriate mortgage products and most suitable lenders.Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.Liaise with lenders, solicitors, underwriters, and other third parties to progress applications.Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.Represent the company professionally at meetings and events.The ideal candidate: QFA or part QFA'd Min 3 years in a similar role.
