Overview
Our client is seeking a Temporary Marketing & Communications Assistant to support the delivery of branding and marketing initiatives during a busy period.
This role will involve assisting with brand guideline projects, social media strategy, and campaign delivery, particularly around key events and the start of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines
Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms
Contribute to marketing campaigns, including key partnership initiatives and events
Develop visual and digital content for social media and marketing materials
Provide administrative and organisational support to the marketing team during peak periods
Requirements
Experience in social media content creation and platforms (e.g. Hootsuite)
Knowledge of marketing and design tools (e.g. Canva)
Web content management experience, ideally with T4 CMS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Strong general IT skills
Desirable
Relevant qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
Awareness of data and insights to inform marketing decisions
Fluency in the Irish language
