We are seeking an experienced
Senior Technical Writer
to join our team based in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital payments by creating seamless, secure, and simplified documentation that empowers developers, partners, and businesses worldwide.
As part of this dynamic team, you will do more than just document features — you'll design intuitive experiences that help users adopt APIs, services, and payment innovations with ease.
What You'll Do
* Develop high-quality technical content: guides, tutorials, onboarding documentation, and API references.
* Manage the full content lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and discoverability.
* Lead onboarding content strategy to empower customers globally.
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to address content gaps.
* Establish scalable documentation processes, standards, and governance.
* Partner with product teams to document new features for both technical and non-technical users.
* Continuously improve content based on user feedback and data insights.
* Champion documentation as a strategic enabler for growth and adoption.
What You'll Bring
* 7–8 years' experience in technical writing, with strong focus on APIs, developer docs, and integration workflows.
* Ability to simplify complex systems into clear, user-friendly documentation.
* Background in computer science, engineering, or related technical field (preferred).
* Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth2, public/private key), and API ecosystems.
* Hands-on experience with Markdown, Git, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Postman.
* Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
