We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced live in housekeeper/receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our self-catering business, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing accommodations for arrivals by ensuring all rooms and common areas are clean and tidy;
* Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay;
* Handling bookings and reservations through various channels;
* Providing administrative support to the management team as needed;
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
* Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor;
* Strong organizational and time management skills;
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required;
* Valid full driving license;
