The Company:
An exciting opportunity to join a boutique, estate agency in Dublin. Our client is renowned for its expertise in Dublin's residential and investment markets, with over 30 years' experience in the property industry.
The company is currently expanding and has recently opened its second branch in Dublin City Centre. They also have a offices in Limerick, Galway and Athlone and employ over 90 people across these locations.
The Role:
This is a fast paced and varied role, where the candidate will have the opportunity to manage the sale of properties from start to finish. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and use their expert knowledge to negotiate successful outcomes for all clients. There will also be a small element of residential lettings but no ongoing property management.

As the company continues its rapid expansion it has recently established a second office in Dublin, this position offers an exciting opportunity to play an important part in the growth of this new branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of residential property sales from appraisal through to sale completion.
* Manage the conveyancing process and all stakeholders throughout the sales process.
* Conduct property valuations, with deep knowledge of market trends.
* Identify and pitch for new business opportunities.
* Leverage the company's online presence by creating compelling marketing campaigns through the use of video's and social media.
* Assist with residential lettings as and when required.
* Assist with growth of the companies property management portfolio through expert advice to their clients.
Key Requirements:
* PSRA Licence (Category B, C, is essential ).
* 2+ years previous experience in either residential sales or lettings.
* Full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.
* Highly motivated and an excellent communicator.
* Excellent IT skills – including Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital tools.
