Job Description
* Develop and sustain a culture of safety through regular presence on the floor, engaging with team members across functions to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure completion of all relevant training and observations
* Ensure all team members follow standard work procedures that allow for accurate inventory counts across all raw materials and finished goods inventory locations
* Hire, train, develop, and grow team of front line leaders and hourly associates to exceed customer expectations and consistently deliver financial results
* Participate in site leadership team meetings and activities, ensuring seamless communication across functions, alignment on site priorities, and ensure a voice of one approach to challenges and opportunities
* Collaborate with customer success, order execution, and transportation teams to consistently deliver on time shipments while minimizing truck wait times
* This position has responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Related Field Preferred
* 5+ years experience in Distribution / Warehouse setting or supply chain management role
* Food/beverage and/or CPG experience preferred
* Experience with ERP, WMS, and WES preferred
