Full-time Senior Management Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill a senior management position in a residential setting. This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a committed team, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based environment.
About the Role
This is a full-time salaried position averaging around 40 hours per week, with potential for on-call duties at evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting individuals with independent living skills and integration into the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic planning and implementation in a senior management capacity.
* Providing guidance and support to staff members in the residential setting.
* Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff alike.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework, or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Social Care Management or a related field are highly desirable.
* At least 3 years of experience in senior management, including demonstrable experience in strategic planning.
* 5+ years' experience in the health/social care sector, preferably in a similar level of responsibility.
